The staff at Egglefield Bros Ford always go above and beyond to ensure their customers have a great experience. The sales men work hard making sure you are satisfied with the purchase of your new or used car. The service department works hard to get their customers in for maintenance, repairs, and for inspections at their customers convenience. On occasion staff are at work after hours to be sure their customers vehicles are cared for in a timely manner and for those who have emergencies. I highly recommend Egglefield if you are looking for a car dealership who looks at you as family instead of just another customer. Call or visit their dealership...I promise you won't be disappointed.

Just for reference folks, they had my truck for 3 weeks in their lot, by my choice, because Kate said they could probably pick off the work before the 27th but the 27th would be my "Worst Case Scenario" date.

I just had yet another unpleasant interaction with this car dealership in attempting to get service. After being promised my truck being ready on the 27th of November, I was informed on that day that the part I needed was on National back order by Mr. Egglefield himself. I told him that I needed my truck and that if he got me the part number I would find it for him. At 6:23 PM on the 27th, Mr. Egglefield called me with the part number and I told him I was travelling to CT the next day and would find at one of the 15 dealerships I go by on the way. At 8:30 the next morning I informed his High Peaks store that I had found the part and would stop and pick up for them, they would just need to make payment to New Country Ford in Saratoga. Miraculously, Heath found a part from 6:30 last night to 8:30 this morning and they no longer needed me to get the part. When I asked when I could get my truck back, Kate told me that she had to speak to Heath and Corey and get back to me. That was at 9:03 AM. At 10:42 AM I called Mr. Egglefield back to explain situation and of course, am told that he told me it could be delivered at any time...come on...between 6:30 PM and 8:30 AM in the Adirondacks?? Love to see the shipping proof of that but would NEVER be given anything like that from these guys. Anyway, he said he would find out when I could get my truck back and get back to me. At 4:08 PM, Kate calls from the Ray Brook store and starts to tell em that they have not finished and I tell her that I am not even in town...She says she will call me on Wednesday the 29th to let me know what is going on...No call Wednesday. Called Today, the 30th at 7:45 AM to tell me my truck was done. Never heard back from Mr. Egglefield. Even though my complaint was against his business.

Lastly, I picked up my truck today and they lost the remote for my alarm system. Of course, they said they never had but would look...and Kate even told me that the guys had lost all the remotes to the garage door there! Now, I have to pay out of pocket for that. I am sure that is my punishment for calling the owner even though he did not care about the treatment I had received.

Great place to buy a car. The sales team is knowledgeable, professional and fun.

And to give everyone an alternative, When I called New Country Ford for the part High Peaks needed, I explained how difficult I was finding it to get my trucks serviced in a timely fashion. They asked if there was anything I needed done now and I explained that High Peaks was to have changed out my fuel filters on my 2016 F350 2 months ago and "forgot". He got me in the next day on my way home and in less than 45 minutes was back on the highway. I suggest to anyone looking for professional customer service to visit New Country Ford in Saratoga. Kurt is the service manager and is super professional.
