I can only comment on the remote campsite #26 since we left the next day and did not explore anything else here. First off the campground is next to a major highway so expect a fair amount of traffic noise. That is the main reason for the low rating. Second #26 is a highly sloped campsite under pine trees. At this site you will have to pitch your tent on a steep slope and expect to have a lot of pine sap on you tent in the morning. The road leading to this site is very rough and would be best traversed with a truck. However I did make it with my car.
This place is disgraceful!!! My mother tried to reserve a campsite. It wasn't very clearly marked that the site was on an island and you can only reach it by boat. It said "boat access only". She mistakingly thought it meant the site had boat access, if you had a boat to launch!" This was supposed to be a party there for my daughter. They refused to give us another site, when it was obvious they weren't all taken. They also refused to give us ANY REFUND!! Even though we paid in full in advance! Not to also mention the horrid attitude we got when we were trying to resolve the issue. They lost good costumers with us, as we are avid campers. They also lost the business from the 4 families w/ kids who were coming with us!! I'm letting everyone in know in this area how awful they were. I hope people don't expect much from this place besides bad business and no care for costumers!!
Très beau site #16 avec belle vue sur le lac. Toilettes et douches, j'imagine qu'il y a pire dans les pays du tiers monde mais disons que ce n'est pas fait pour les princesse. Ceux et celles qui on les phobies des araignées éviter les toilettes car il y en a partout !
